How does Reiki energy work and why?

We have all heard in High school science "Everything is energy" . Did you ever think a little harder on it? Wait what?!

Yep we are all energy just vibrating at different frequencies. You, me, the crystal, water, air etc. I know amazing right? Take a moment to process if you weren't aware of that. Because it's pretty major. That means we can alter ourselves by adjusting the frequency in which we are vibrating at.

For example you know when you can feel someone and you like I don't want to be around them they are giving me weird vibes? Everyone has felt it at some point, thats you reading their energy. Like when you know your co-worker is cranky because you can feel her from across the room... (quick get them a coffee stat).

It's actually natural for our bodies to read energy it does it all day long. That is how your eyes work. It sees the vibrations and interprets them so that you can understand them.

So what gives? How does energy healing or reiki healing work? Well its a transference of energy. A practitioner or object sends out energy/frequencies/vibrations to you for your body/soul/spirit/mind to ether accept or disregard. These energies can be to help ease pain, release old habits that no longer serve you etc depending on whats the goal.
